How I do it?

Initial consultation 

The goal of this visit to understand your problems. Comprehensive history will be collected and assessment will be done. Blood tests will be ordered based on the evaluation.  Special laboratory tests will be needed based on your symptoms.

Follow up visit

After receiving your lab results, a follow up appointment will be scheduled to discuss the labs. After combining your health history with the lab results ,personalized careplan will be created for you.

Personalized Care plan

This is a follow up visit in which we will discuss how we implement the care plan. We can discuss about the diet based on your preferences, exercises aligning to your lifestyle, habit modification and supplements. Supplements play a major role in PCOS management. I can create a  personalized supplement protocol for you (this may vary based on the plan you choose).
